Mill finish
Mill finish aluminium means the extrusion products without any surface treatment; it is simple products after the extrusion processing in the extrusion press. The appearance is natural color of aluminum and it is sliver, as without any surface treatment, there will be some die lines and marks on the surface and it is widely used in the inner decoration and inner parts of finished products.
Powdercoating
Powder coated aluminium profile uses the electrostatic coating principle.The dry powder adsorbed on the aluminum profile and after more than 200°bake temperature, the powder solidified into a layer of more than 60 micron thick solid bright coating.The aluminum profiles are well decorated and protected by the paint.
Anodized
Anodizing aluminum means mill finish aluminum with anodizing process, it is high value added products and the processes in the production will be more, the anodizing color can be Matt silver, anodized champagne, anodized bronze, anodized black, anodizedgold and some other colors. Electrophoretic coating
E-coating is a method of painting which uses electrical current to deposit the paint. The process works on the principal of“Opposites Attract".This process is also known asElectro Deposition (ED). Electrolytic coating is dissolved in water to cause electrolysis to generate charged particles.Under the action of external electric field, charged particles move to the surfaceof the aluminum profile and move to the surface of the aluminum profile to form a denseand uniform layer called electrophoresis coating.
WOOD FINISH
The extruded aluminum profile is sprayed first and then its surface is put on a layer of wood paper resulting in the wood grain completely uniformly penetrated into the sprayed primer in the surface . Main features of wood grain aluminum include delicate and smooth surface, high coating hardness and powerful adhesion ,acid resistance, weather resistance, alkali resistance, strong impact resistance, the decorative effect like real wood or even more than solid wood .
3D WOOD FINISH
Stereoscopic 3D wood is an upgrade of traditional wood grain transfer technology . Traditional wood grain transfer is just a flat shape. or sand type having wood grain texture characteristics and being three-dimensional but lacking natural wood's hand sense and not having embossed sense.
